  • Razor by Fuzion Composites
  • Razor Body :

This is the most popular body we sell. The razor body is full of features that include a sleek look and light design. The nose cone is easy to cut down for junior use. You must have low cut nerf bars for this body to fit properly.

  • FC-1 by Fuzion Composites
  • FC-1 :

This is our most popular straight sided body for those that prefer the tall sides or do not have low cut nerf bars. This body utilizes the same nose cone as the razor, so it is easy to cut down junior use as well.

Mounting Instructionsfor the Excalibur SS and ST:

These bodies have a floating side panel. They do not have your traditional mounting flange. These were left out to make for easier and wider mounting capabilities, depending on chassis and application, therefore allowing you to mount in various conditions without binding. Just take your time and asses your application carefully.

You want to mount your tires on the kart. Then align the nose onto the front end, so that you are good side to side and your wheel wells look good. We usually find a way to shim up the nose to the kart so you can stand back and look at the clearances. Once it is where you want it, go ahead and drill and mount it, usually through the front bumper tabs. Then go ahead and mount your sides UNDERNEATH THE NOSE and affix to the side however you normally would. The nose OVER-LAPS the side panels for maximum downforce.

  • Ex. Caliber SS :

This is the most aerodynamic body on the market. The sleek and aerodynamic design produces the most downforce than any other. Great for higher horsepower karts or larger tracks where downforce and aerodynamics is key. You must have low cut nerf bars for this body to fit properly.

  • Fuzion Composites
  • Ex. Caliber ST :

Essentially the same body as the Excalibur SS without the tall sides. The Excalibur ST utilizes the same nose cone as the SS to provide the same benefits. The only difference is the sides are cut lower for more traditional “swoop” look, providing less side aero. You must have low cut nerf bars for this body to fit properly.

  • Challenger :

The original Fuzion Composites body. This is where it all started! Aerodynamic looks, with the benefits of tall sides that encase the driver’s cockpit.
